Website Warrior Workshop - June 19, 26-27, 2025
Craft your own WordPress® website with the guidance of website and branding experts. Pull up your sleeves and get to work. We will walk you through the process of choosing colors, selecting your brand archetype, building out your pages, and optimizing your site for keywords. We will include tech support for the tricky parts, including setting up your development website, installing plugins, and launching your website when it is ready to go live.

What Tech Do I Bring to the Workshop?
Laptop (Windows or Mac) – must meet our minimum requirements Laptop charger/power cord – outlets will be available Mouse – using Beaver Builder is much easier with one Wi-Fi enabled – your device must connect to external internet

What are the System Requirements?
The Minimum Device Requirements are Laptop Mac or Windows 4GB Ram 8GB or more recommended for better performance 64-bit processor Dual-core or better At least 5GB free disk space available Wi-Fi enabled and able to connect to external devices Charger (You’ll need it!) Browser Requirements Use the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox, or Edge For example, if the latest version is 135, then any release of versions 133-135 is supported. Please note that browser versions are frequently updated. Avoid using Internet Explorer (it won’t work well)

What Else Do I Bring to the WorkShop?

Do I have to buy hosting?
Yes, for the creation of the website and going live. When they buy a website ticket, we are triggering the WordPress install directly on their hosting. Going live will be really simple. **Please purchase the hosting on a desktop computer** IF YOU WANT to move to a new host, after the event/or when you go live, you can. The entire system is an ecosystem that combines WordPress, Hosting and our JamboJon storytelling stategy

What is the Pre-Class Homework?
Take the Brand Archetype Quiz Go through our online workbook (The link will be emailed to you!) Participants must have their own Google Drive and laptop. Internet will be provided during the workshop. Participants should be confident in navigating their laptop and the internet. This is not a beginner course. Experience with WordPress is beneficial, but not necessary. Users may bring a +1 for tech support, but each ticket includes only one development site.
